1. Legislation governing Dutch covered bonds

Here you can access three documents related to the existing Dutch legal covered bond framework. These documents are unofficial translations of the new legislation that came into effect on January 1, 2015. The official Dutch text can be found on the Research page of the DACB website.

2. Summary legislative and structural aspects of Dutch covered bonds

This document contains a high level summary of the typical Dutch covered bond structure and summarises the legal environment applicable to Dutch covered bonds  as described in more detail in the unofficial translations referred to above.
