New Dutch Covered Bond Law 19 december 2014
As of January 1, 2015 new laws came into effect in The Netherlands for covered bonds. Below there are four documents related to the amendments in the Dutch legislative environment.
The first document is a summary (English) of the most important changes as prepared by the Dutch Ministry of Finance: Information Sheet Dutch Ministry of Finance on 2015 changes in Dutch Covered Bond Law

The following three documents are the full Dutch texts of the new legislation but related to covered bonds only:

EBA Compliance Dutch Issuers
When drafting the new Dutch legislation, Dutch issuers have taken the EBA recommendations into account (EBA report on EU Covered Bonds Frameworks and Capital Treatment, July 2014).
